For three consecutive seasons Arteta has showed us what he can and that's being a runner's up. What is hurting us is the expectations to win a major trophy this season thinking he had learned from his past mistakes.
I have come to realize that this all he can do and we shouldn't expect a lot from him in terms of winning trophies, he has done his part and we appreciate that but we need an experienced Manager to win us something.
