He can’t grow anymore as a player, playing 20-30 min cameos. Unless he’s happy being a rotational piece, he needs to go out and play a full season as a starter somewhere if he has to realize his full potential.

many people will hate me for saying this but I do think his best position is Left Back or LWB. Valverde same he’s very good at RWB. Tchoumeni perfect for DM and Jude as false 9(AM) or maybe deep striker as Harry Kane. don’t forget that this quartet have won 1 UCL at least. but what about Arda ? he’s also very useful. i used to say that he’s not ready but he’s also perfect for AM or CM idk. but my main point is that they have to play in their desired positions where they shine often. dont get me wrong tho.
