And if Bruno makes something of it he’s labelled as emotional and over playing the moment.

If only guys like Kyle Walker and Romeo Lavia had fiddled with a dainty wee man-bun, then they’d be punished for violent conduct.

Stamping? Stamping is all good. Just don’t caress a hair tie lads, that’s what we’re worried about.

  3. There’s so much space to walk around bruno but he has to plant his foot near his calf right… Where is the VAR

  4. Watch his right leg instead of the stamping leg. That indicates this was 100% intentional unless he always does little skip steps all the time. He was too far away to stamp on him so he skipped a bit to reach Brunos ankle.

Unbelivable that VAR determines this is acceptable

  5. infuriating, as were all those crappy decisions thrown our way just to tip the scales and “make CL competitive”

but they can eff off now. let’s hope the bs stops now that we’ve all but secured CL

VAR must have thought it’s too soft, he didn’t touch his hair hence no violent conduct 🤡

VAR needs a massive overhaul, it needs to be done similar to how Rugby does it, independent officials that run it, not looking to protect their mates on the field and are actively looking out for these sorts of fouls.
Also mic the refs up and let us hear what they’re saying during the match.

  8. How this wasn’t looked at is beyond me. It’s a red card, absolutely no doubt about it.

  9. I thought it was cucurella but the camera was so fast at the time, this is violent conduct not that fucking bullshit that Martinez was sent off for.

  10. Saying fuck off to a ref is a multi game ban but stepping on your opponent on the floor isn’t even looked at as a possible red card lol

  11. If he rolled around on the ground carrying on like someone had just untied his man bun, maybe they would have reviewed it.

Football needs a referral system and VAR not allowed to interject unless a referral has been made. Both teams get one referral and if their referral is correct they keep it, if it’s wrong they lose it. The ref should then have to make all other decisions himself like the old days.

  13. How was this not checked is beyond me. Bruno was mentioning this to Oliver and he did nothing about it. This is the clearest red ever. Intentionally stepping on a player on the ground. It doesn’t even really matter if it’s intentional or not as it’s careless enough anyway.

  14. So much proof in this game that the Prem is essentially fixed to favour the likes of Chelsea and do everything they can to deny a CL spot for United. So much dirty money exchanged behind the scenes

Yesterday VAR was trying their hardest to look into so many situations to find something against us , The amount of times the commentators mentioned VAR is looking into this was absurd .
