Bring him to Chelsea. Just make a coaching trio of Lamps, Cole, Terry.
Edit: Ok, so remove Terry (did not realize how many off field incidents he had – minus the Wayne Bridge saga). I would still like Cole and Lamps back together at the Bridge.

The whole coaching set up in England is broken. Costs too much to get your licence, no real national identity of how we play and generally, former players aren’t willing to drop down to the lower leagues (like league 1/2) to learn their craft and want to go straight to a high level
