The FA’s decision for the extra ban is a f**ing joke. Will this even show up on the referee’s bodycam or wasn’t he wearing one for this game? It really feels like the FA is over-policing the sport. In the heat of the moment, especially when flooded with adrenaline, any human is going to react emotionally — that’s just human nature
I got no issues if they want to punish such outbursts and make the game respectable. I love how rugby is and the ref is treated, its a great example to the kids.
But then it has to be a standard… how often do we see people shouting and swearing at ref

More bothered why it took like 4 weeks to announce the extra ban, conveniently just a few days before a game when theyve had 3 weeks off to sort it
