the fuck is a Super Coach ?

again never fails to piss me off how someone actually got paid to write this shite

we need a Manager who’s not shit ikr what a shocking revelation

  2. United were a joke the first half of the season, but Carrick has come in and now they’re comfortably in the CL spots. Yes, you might say he could end up as ‘another Ole’ but I’d argue it’s better for Utd to have some stability at the top with a coach the players seem to respond to, rather than more upheaval for a new boss who won’t have the same style.

  3. If Carrick does get the job, it would be interesting to see how he manages the team in multiple competitions against different style opponents, especially European sides; that’s a benefit of “Super” coaches.

Carrick for the league games, Giggsy for European games, Scholes for domestic cup competitions. This set up will revolutionise the game.

It didn’t matter. The players wouldn’t follow their instructions anyway, and would still pick and choose when to turn up.

What did Flick, Zidane, Pep, Xavi, Enrique do before coaching their first big clubs?

    Very limited exp

United need stability and harmony not a big name coach like Mourinho again

Carrick done very well that we should finish top 4 but…..lets not do the exaxt same thing 7 years later.

End on positive for both parties and move on, today he has minimum pressure as he just came in to steady ship, seems that will be succeeded.

Next season in 4 competitions is a different scenario, but more importantly its pressure from first game to do well.

  8. We don’t need a coach, we need a manager.

Just look at the types of people that happily accept being a head coach, Rosenior, Southgate. Not exactly inspiring men players respect and would run throw a brick wall for.

Head coach just screams wife has a boyfriend type of energy.

  9. I think it’s still too early to say. People/journalists are just feeding of impatience.

Let’s see how he responds to the poor performances that have been happening for a while now. If he can’t improve and the squad continues to look mediocre or worse, then it’s not the job for him.

But if he’s able to actually show good football and good results in these last games (or at least most of them), he should be a strong contender.

They had one hell of a bounce under him but that might just be because they were playing in the jail-cell tactics of Amorim for a year so they actually got to express themselves. Clearly it’s worn off a bit so maybe he isn’t ready for the job

They really need a proper management team geared together (with the same goal, same tactical setup, same style of play).
Look for the coach that fit into the agreed style/tactical and please donot change the setup or style or players for every coach.

Do the research the players well before even going into the discussion. United does not need another player like Sancho/Sanchez/Pogba again. Or the mess that every previous coach left behind that is incompatible with the coach replaces him.

They haven’t had a super coach since Jose and that was their best finish recently.

I think they need to stop getting cute and go for a big coach
