The referee walked away after giving him the yellow card and turned only around to give him red after Bayern players spoke to him. It doesn‘t matter anyway if he remembered the first yellow card or not, it shouldn‘t play a role in the decision.

I don’t get why people ignore this. They make it like the ref didn’t know cama was already on a yellow. The ref can’t be this dumb at this level of the game. That’s why I hate those 2 Spanish clubs. They just can’t accept a defeat in good faith. In the bernabeu, we had a penalty that was not called but bayern didn’t make a fuss about it. It’s football you can’t win all the time. It’s like playing on eggshells when you face barca and real. Shameless clubs.

We lost because we played bad. 100% deserved loss. But in no world can the ref give him yellow there. At this stage in Champions league, second leg, 20 minutes left. No way. When was the last time any of you saw someone get a yellow card for situation like this? It simply does not happen.

I guess the referee was indicating that he made a tough tackle and then delayed the restart of the game, all within the same minute. It was foolish, and he left the decision to the referee, which is why he gave him the yellow; then he remembered that it was his second yellow.
