    Bernardo Silva will be leaving Manchester City when his contract expires in the summer. The news was confirmed by Pep Lijnders after City’s 4-0 win against Liverpool.

      Top 3 dribblers in the team. Top 3 central midfielder reminds me of pedri. Best technique in the midfield way better than rodri. Best dark arts merchant. Best workrate in the midfield ever. One of the few with the iq to play with cherki technique. He needs a statue or painting or something absolute legendary player. No one can replace him💙

      Anybody else find it weird that City keep appointing captains that end up leaving after a season or 2? I feel like they should appoint a captain that will remain captain for a long time.

      Probably doesn’t mean anything but seems strange to me.

      Never been ITK or claimed to be , but a week or two before he signed from nowhere, I heard somebody say something on the radio or TV can’t even remember who or what that everyone seemed to miss and posted on Bluemoon I thought we were going to get him, a post fairly ignored understandably, so wasn’t surprised when you broke the news. That game against Villa whether the league ‘s on the line or not needs a big crowd to stay behind and see Bernardo and Stones off.

      This is truly the end of an Era and Bernardo Silva will be be greatly missed at this football club.. Him not winning POTY in our Centurion season is criminal at best, and tells why the Spanish and English will never look at football the same way..
      In the Pep Era of the Premier league, Bernardo is top 5 in this division, and there's no liverpool player in this same era i rate above him, none whatsoever.

      Monster of a player his whole city career, which is ironic, but it's the best way to describe him. Loved to get stuck in similarly to David Silva, and one of the first players on the team sheet in every single big game. Leader in Citys and arguably the leagues most historic period. Still have a couple of trophies to lift aswell!

      I think of him covering for Khusanov on Khusanov's debut against Chelsea to help him out. And helping Khusanov get his head together so he could play the game that was needed. And look where Khusanov is now, that was down to Bernardo helping a kid out so he could feel his way into the game and find his feet.
