Until proven otherwise, I am certain that this is fake. She will be the ONLY tattoo artist ive ever seen without any tattoos herself. Don’t actually see her tattooing him at all either, despite constant edits to her in different positions hovering over him. 99% certain its permie marker and this freak is just doing it for Internet attention.
