Losing won’t affect Villa if we have UCL secured and Europa league won, I’d rather see Arsenal bottle the league for their toxic and deluded fanbase to get humbled.

I do not care who wins the title if it’s not us, I would not want us to lose just because it hurts a team I don’t really care about. We should try and win every game.
As I said last time this question was asked about three days ago; as long as we’ve secured CL qualification or won the Europa League then I couldn’t give a fuck. However: it would be nice to have somebody other Manchester City win it again.

We HAVE to have ourselves secure in CL football. Going into that last game AGAIN having given up opportunities would criminal, that is all I care about when it comes to the last game of the season. Then if we are in a final, I don’t care who is in the pitch if it means wrapping players up in cotton wool to stop any kind of injury

Honestly, I hate that lot as much as anyone, but the idea of taking the L just to see them lose out is weird. I would fucking love to stick it on those cheating fucks at the Etihad.
I’d like to see some of our academy players (only if we have UCL secured though) but I won’t care about the result.
Here’s a worrying one: we secure CL in the next few games, then the title race comes down to the last day, we beat City (because we should try to win every game no matter what), Arsenal win the title (much as it galls us to have stopped City in their tracks) and everyone blames us
If we’ve already secured top 5 i wouldn’t be upset if we lost, i can’t stand Arsenal, they’d somehow manage to be even more insufferable if they won it. I live down south which presumably makes me dislike them a lot more than most Villa fans. It would be even funnier if we lost after making loads of changes, imagine how fuming they’d be lol
