Devastating. Really hope this doesn’t have long term implications for his career.

Man this season is the worst ive been through since starting to watch in 2003. Every week is bleaker and bleaker I honestly could not be arsed anymore

We can never have both Eki and Isak together, can we? One has to get always injured this season 😢

  4. If it is Achilles rupture, it is going be 7-9 months. You gotta feel for him, It is world cup year and he could started for France.

  5. So that’s Leoni, Isak and Ekitike who have had ā€œseason-endersā€ in their debut season with us. Frimpong went through a decent injury lay-off too. That’s a cursed summer transfer window if I ever saw one. I can’t believe I’m saying this… but I miss Nunez. Perhaps I was too harsh on you, my panther.

I mean it really, really looked like an achilles tear. Think we have to plan next season without him. Hopefully he can make a full recovery.

  7. Yes he’s fucked .. a brace boy though. Looked dead chill for a guy potentially missing the World Cup

Very sad for EkitikĆ©. Hope he’ll have a speedy recovery. Now it’s time for our brother Isak to get back to form, without any more injuries to him and the rest of the team.

If it’s an Achilles rupture as suspected he’ll be out for next season as well…

  10. Couldn’t be worse timing. He’ll be out until February at the very earliest. And that’s on the Jayson Tatum time line. Could easily be a year. Could easily never look the same.
