Guess it really depends on how long Kimmich has left at his peak because unless a manager is going to come in and switch to a 3-man midfield Bischof isn’t going to be a regular starter over Kimmich or Pavlovic
It’s pretty clear that Bischoff was signed as a long term replacement of Goretzka/Kimmich.
With him and Pavlovic I am pretty confident in the midfield being covered for years.
