Took a couple days break from online content, best thing I’ve done in a while. I’ve accepted where we are and what might not happen this year. One thing I do want to say though, we don’t help ourselves as a club, both internally and the fans. Saying “bring your dinner” in reference to that famous quote, only to turn up absolutely toothless and roll over. Our fans are very fast to turn on each other. Whatever will happen will happen, and I’ll always support this club. But god damn we do not make it easier on ourselves. Own worst nightmare at time.

We can beat anyone. That’s the problem with our performances in 2026. We have been dropping points when we know we can play better. It is a big obstacle beating city at their place though. I hope some of the injured players are back. But then seeing what back from injury versions of some players we have seen this season it’s hard to be really optimistic.
