Raphinha is more of a technical workhorse, he isn't really comparable to Neymar. He lacks the flashiness, and overall lacks the same natual talent, however he is someone that will always plays for the team.
sometimes I feel like its just a bit more of a "the ball is literally going that fast" type explanation as for the goalie reaction time thing(to the point where keepers reactions seems slow). cuz pro footballers really have just a practiced lower body strength to be able to kick the ball really hard and to be able to place the ball away from the goalie so that even if the reaction time was super insane its still just too far for the goalie to get.
