We didn’t panic in January, so we’ll be fine.

In all seriousness, do we actually think this board can build our team back up if we get relegated? Imagine these people being in charge of replacing our entire squad if we get relegated.

    Just terrible mis-management from them.

  2. Buying wrong should be the heavier wrong. Guarantee if we go down most who leave go on to have thoroughly decent top-level careers somewhere in Europe.

Individually I don’t think most of this squad are as bad as this situation, but it’s a patchwork bodge job of players assembled over the tenures of Jose, Nuno, Conte, Ange, and Frank with absolutely fuck all resembling a coherent football strategy.

Pendulum swinging from attacking to defensive and wondering why nothing quite clicks, compounded by two years of back-to-back generational injury crises which themselves have been caused by lack of sufficient backing.

  3. The one thing that forces the board to look at themselves and take accountability is relegation, if we stay up they can slap each other on the back and say ‘job well done – mid table mediocrity next season will be our target all the fans will have forgotten by then with the World Cup etc..’ however, if we go down they will be forced to take make serious internal changes and look at all poor decisions made with internal investigations happening. Could be what’s needed …?

Sadly we will be relegated this season. The ownership deserves it. From the champions league final to now the board has let the fans down consistently.
It’s just a shame the fans get fucked over as a result.
It’s been embarrassing being a spurs fan this season, we have a squad mixed up with selfish players, poor quality with weak mentality’s.
I really hope we bring the young guys in and give them a chance, Especially if we go down.
I have never disliked a group of players so much. Getting paid so much money to play so bad and not give a shit.

  5. I’m pleased you included Levy, most of the time this sub likes to pretend he had nothing to do with it.
Like the situation we’re in now just suddenly happened over night or something.

It one of them want the club there… the only interest is NFL And concert venues

  8. Even if we stay up we arent going to compete unless they spend serious money (which they have and can do!). We cannot accept mistake simply because its better than last year.

Either they spend the money to get us back to being a top 6 side or we have to make it impossible for them to stay by not spending a penny. I know this is hard for someone who have Spurs as their only outlet to relax but this isnt relaxing.

Sometimes it has to get worse before it gets better and if you want to make these people do what we want we have to stop putting money in their pockets.

If not YOU are part of the problem

We didn’t buy properly since we sold Bale. I will die on the hill of selling Modric and Bale was a huge cash injection that could have catapulted us to title contenders. But the wage structure of this club is 20 years behind and the owners have been nothing but greedy about our margins.

How does the top 10 richest clubs In the WORLD not overpay their players???

Look at every other top side who has won the league. When they buy, their teams improve and so does the player that they buy.

We dont have a single example other than Son who has been consistently good. Everyone else is homegrown youngster.

The loss of Kulu and Maddison can’t be ignored. We are shite, but the two most creative players gone from our side is a huge loss. They’d have won us 6 or so more points at a guess. Any team loses their two most creative players is going to suffer, especially when they sign the wrong profile and fourth choice playmaker to replace them. Add to that, all our wingers are out and they sell one and loan out the most promising one with no plans to bring in replacements other than West Ham’s second best winger. Fraudulent cunts, the lot of them.

But we saved loads of money buying bargains or something like that. Look at us we are a rich club! That’s enough for me

If we get relegated, it’s not Levy’s fault. (Downvote me I don’t care).

Take your world class stadium and training grounds and shove it. We were quite happy at white hart lane.

Maybe we should have encouraged them to buy players we need and not just for the sake of it
