Don Goodman on commentary was an utter knob all game and somehow came to the conclusion that Brobbey did nothing wrong and football is a physical sport this is despite him claiming Micky can have no complaints about his foul on Brobbey in the first half.

Yesterday Vancouver Canucks faced the San José Sharks, and during the game one Canuck player checked the Shark’s young superstar Celebrini in a fair and non-violent way. Despite that, the entire Sharks team was there in a second and there was a milder scrum with some punches thrown. Not because anyone did anything wrong per se, but it was about the message ”it doesn’t matter if what you did is within the rules of the game, you don’t fucking touch our future starplayer and expect to get away with it without getting punched in the face”.
Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t want one of ours to jump up and punch Brobby (I don’t know if that’s how he spells it and I don’t care enough to look it up) in the face, but atleast start an outrage and force the ref to go look at it. The way they act all chummy and business as usual after having their captain taken down is just so so weak.

Of all of the horrendous decisions that have gone against us this season, this one is straight up the worst.
It’s a purely malicious action causing serious injury to 2 players with no attempt at the ball, and not even a foul gets awarded.

I have no ideas why referees don’t punish this move more often. Pushing someone down like that when you have no chance of getting the ball is such a dirty and cowardly move and players keep getting away with it, while the idiot on commentary praises it.

I missed the game. This is infuriating. When I watched the highlights I saw the bandage on kinsky’s head and wondered how it got there. This dude injured two of our players and zero retaliation? If this was baseball that dude or one of his teammates is getting intentionally hit by pitch.
