Need’s an all-time great performance from us its unlikely but I’ll dream for it.

Man the man is so beaten……

I’ve said it and I’ll say it again. He’s a fine defender and when he’s a good leader for the back line but he’s not good enough mentally to captain a struggling team.

  4. Look, I’ll never doubt the power of Anfield and I’d even wager we will create plenty of chances.

But none of that matters at all unless we magically become a side in the next three days that’s even moderately capable when we *don’t* have possession, because we look utterly fucking lost without the ball. Fulham strolled right up to our 18 yard box practically unopposed the entire second half on multiple occasions.

PSG will punish that repeatedly, and with ruthless efficiency.

  5. It would be the Mother of all battles to stop them scoring, don’t hold up mech hope sadly…

My issue with yesterday and looking forward to Tuesday is that, I believe the team has the ability to claw two goals back.

But if the last 20 mins on Tuesday are the same as yesterday, PSG will score.

I just don’t like the “hanging on” aspect of Liverpools game at the moment, when we go in front.

  7. Swarm them for full 45 minutes, win, lose or draw. Then see what happens in 2nd half.
