Great Defender like others but not even in the Top 15 in the UK
I don’t know why people are mad at him making this statement, it shows confidence, he is one of the best at winning headers in both boxes
Do note he doesn’t say best defender; he says in both boxes.
You can run rings around him outside of it, but inside the boxes, he does have an argument to be one of the best still, purely from a crossing/set play standpoint.
Brian Deane is probably the best header of a ball I've seen in the premier league, honourable mentions, Tim Cahill and Gus Poyet
