This and the handball that made vinicius pass to deviate, two mistakes that cannot happen when there is VAR, they were silent the whole game.

Having a shit season in a row is one thing but also having the refs turn a blind eye to calls when your already having a bad season is just asking people to stop supporting your sportÂ

According to the rules, a foul can be direct red card as a result of a reckless foul. According to Cambridge reckless means
>showing a lack of care about risks or danger, and acting without thinking about the results of your actions
I think this can be considered reckless.

You have to be insane to think that Tchou running into Olise and Tah kicking Mbappe dangerously high up on the ankle is the same situation.

It’s not a red card because there were concrete evidence that Mbappe still alive by the time the incident happened

Bayern fan here. Altogether great performance by the ref. Tah couldn’t have complained about a red here. Neither could Carreras about a penalty at the last minute. Yet the ref was consistently on the forgiving side across the whole game. As a fan I prefer this to blowing the whistle at any opportunity as long as the game stays fair overall.

And the idiots in r/soccer have the audacity to say VaRdRiD.

Deffinately a red, very dangerous, no excuse with VAR!

Ive seen both sides hard blame the ref now (Olise Pen, Tah red) so seems like he was fair.
