I got a Casemiro shirt last week after a lot of deliberation between getting him or Maguire’s name. I like to get the shirt of players who are in their last season with the club and are leaving on a good note.
I decided to go with Cas, even though I really wanted Maguire, because I didn’t want to jinx anything.
One of those rare examples of footballers who get to rebuild their image at the same club they became a meme at. Whoever was/is his therapist or emotional support (wife, extended family) surely have played a huge part in keeping the guy in the fight for his career.

Many teammates even in the English national team seems to think he’s going to be a strong manager.
Lots for younger players to learn from. Incredibly important to have players with experience, and Maguire has it all. No one has gone through the mockery that he has, even outside football it’s difficult to find people who have gone through as much hate. The strength it takes to come back from that, is immense
