      Everyone wants an apology or explanation so they can feel better about Ben. I don’t think he put in a request to be selected. He was just selected. He owes none of you entitled pricks anything.

      From what came out at the time the issue was with Steve Holland and Ben White…. Steve Holland is no longer their and nither is Southgate so let's see what he can bring to the fold…. one thing for sure is Tuchel will not be picking him again if he aint up to his standards! And i'm not a big Tuchel fan but from everything i have ever seen of Tuchel is he will not have someone around if they do not pull their weight

      The comments by the coaching staff were mocking him saying he wasn't going to play the tournament anyway. So he said F yous then I'll go on holiday instead. Big ups Benjamin White

      How poor is the standard of footballers now? They're mostly boring rigid looking athletes and most of the players with skill lack a brain.
      The lack of right backs and left backs in this nation is near as bad as the striker situation.

      This is all a nonsense. He fell out with Southgate and made a decisions to walk. This is now Tuchel’s England. If what transpired is irreverent to Tuchel, then it should be irrelevant to everyone else. Fall outs happen and get reconciled all the time. Move on peeps

      How can Tuchel sit and watch Ben White turn in another poor performance and then arrive at a decision which puts the Arsenal defender ahead of Trent Alexander Arnold? Perhaps Declan Rice has earned his place, but Saka is another one who certainly hasn't despite the hype. I think England are in for another rude awakening this Summer.

      The real question is, would Arteta still have Ben White playing games if he wasn’t a top professional? He iced out Ozil and Auba but White started in a final against City. I don’t think it’s as simple as, “he didn’t like something so he walked”.

      What happens when he sits on the bench first couple games? Tantrum followed by him flying home again potentially unsettling the squad? We've got lots of better options at RB imo

      Is he good enough? Yes. Is he versatile? Yes. Is he useful in an area of the pitch that England are struggling with? Yes. Is he better defensively than Trent? Yes. I think TT might be right on this one! Also, people saying that he doesn't love football, well Bale, Batistuta, Ronaldinho, Vieri and Ter Stegen aren't/weren't massively interested either and they were all exceptional!

      Do you think Ben White would be played by Arteta if he wasn’t professional in his approach. Steve Holland made a personal attack on him in front of his teammates. It wasn’t about not doing his homework he told him that he never by a great footballer because he wasn’t a big fan of watching football. He has always been a model professional at arsenal and he complained to Southgate who took Holland’s side because he needed him to coach the team as GS is not a coach but a PR executive. Don’t blame Ben blame Southgate for being a rubbish coach.
