Durham isn't that stupid (I hope) he's saying things to be controversial, let's use a simple scenario, if Timber was the best right back in the world, and White was the second best right back in the world, Timber would start ahead of White in the Arsenal team, he wouldn't start ahead of White in the England team….. because he's not feckin' English, Timber would be in the England squad
