LFC fans are tolerant, cosmopolitan, and inclusive. They know that a religion is not represented by a single country’s politics, and no government speaks for any religion or its adherents. Happy Passover to all who celebrate!

  3. I feel I need to get this off my chest.

I’m not personally Jewish, and I disagree wholeheartedly with what Israel has done, but marking a Jewish holiday for the millions of people belonging to that faith is not an endorsement of the Israeli government. The vast majority of Jews don’t live in Israel.

Much in the same way that celebrating Ramadan or Eid is not an endorsement of ISIS, Boko Haram, or Al-Qaeda, it is wholly unfair to criticize LFC or this sub for marking an important holiday for a major worldwide religion.

“You’ll Never Walk Alone” means we are accepting of all. Downvote me all you want, but many people on this sub, and across LFC’s socials, have proven that people don’t truly follow the tenets of the club we all love and support. It is sad to see, and if you feel this way, you ought to support a different club.
