Lot of respect for this, it’s how you build a good culture. Players have a responsibility, especially when VC, this helps create the right ethic. There’s a lot of criticism of Rosenior and I get why, he’s a geek and talks in ways outside the norm for football, but he’s certainly bright and takes clear decisions. Don’t know it’ll work at Chelsea, taking a club over halfway through is always a nightmare, but I think he’ll be managing for a long time in general.

When Chelsea sold their soul back in ~2003 they lost the right to complain.
They act the way they do – players they sign act like mercenaries. Its totally normal.
Not since Terry, Lampard, Drogba has any players truly cared about the club and why should they? You know if youre signing for Chelsea youre just doing it for money. There’s little left of the club in terms of heritage, history or connection with the fans.
Im actually pretty confident CFC fans wont care too much because the production line will bring in the next 22 Yr old on the chopping block.

Clearlake aren’t passionate about the club or it’s success.
They are solely focused on the project and navigating FFP so don’t care what happens to players or managers as both are expendable assets .
Personally, I think the Clearlake board has created a club of well paid young mercenaries who all know that once they sign these long term 6 years contracts that they are under no pressure to perform or establish themselves on the pitch nor voice their opinions off it .
Any club interested in buying any Chelsea player only has to make a serious offer .
