There are all sorts of mad calls in this list. Why is Nypan above Nasri ffs?

  2. Telegraph, you put some respect on our cup keeper in Bravo! He was excellent in the cup games, a shame how it went as the main goalkeeper but for a backup he was great.

  3. The whole list is just confusing and has people scattered all over with little explanation.

Top 12 is interesting. Haaland is not yet top 10 for us, and I would put Fernandinho above Rodri (and Bernie above Rodri). The rest of the list looks good to me.

    1. Kevin De Bruyne (2015–25) — Wolfsburg, £55m — 422 apps, 108G, 177A

    2. Erling Haaland (2022–present) — Borussia Dortmund, £51m — 189 apps, 154G, 28A

    3. Sergio Agüero (2011–21) — Atlético Madrid, £38m — 390 apps, 260G, 65A

    4. Vincent Kompany (2008–19) — Hamburg, £6m — 360 apps, 20G, 10A

    5. David Silva (2010–20) — Valencia, £25m — 436 apps, 77G, 136A

    6. Rodri (2019–present) — Atlético Madrid, £62m — 293 apps, 28G, 32A

    7. Bernardo Silva (2017–present) — Monaco, £43m — 449 apps, 76G, 77A

    8. Ederson (2017–25) — Benfica, £35m — 372 apps, 168 clean sheets

    9. Yaya Touré (2010–18) — Barcelona, £24m — 316 apps, 82G, 45A

    10. İlkay Gündoğan (2016–23, 2024–25) — Borussia Dortmund, £21m — 358 apps, 65G, 47A

    11. Riyad Mahrez (2018–23) — Leicester City, £60m — 236 apps, 78G, 59A

    12. Fernandinho (2013–22) — Shakhtar Donetsk, £30m — 383 apps, 26G, 32A

  4. I’m not sure how Kalvin Phillips can not be the worst, or at least below Mangala.

I have SOME fond memories of Mangala but Phillips barely touched a ball for us!
