There’s a whole restructuring coming one way or another; nobody has any reason to believe in their governing body

Illegal payments to agents to sign high caliber players who help you win titles. “No sporting advantage”. What the absolute fuck kind of logic is that?

Chelsea got off lightly, it’s an absolute joke, they broke the rules when signing key players that won them trophies. They should have had points deducted, transfer bans etc.

I just fundamentally don’t believe that there weren’t other teams doing this which was to help players and agents avoid tax which is BAD and I disagree with it, but isn’t the big catch everyone thought it would be

    As a Forest fan
I can see why they didn’t get anything massive done to them.

It would discourage new owners from coming clean about transgressions in the past. For all intents and purposes, Chelsea had gotten away with it until they confessed. I can see why as a governing body you might want to not come down hard on them for it.

Everything that have done has been within the rules in terms of selling stuff to themselves.so really it’s the rules that are wrong and not the clubs trying to manipulate them to their advantage

I think if the superleague came around tomorrow people would genuinely be happy to bin those clubs off. It’s an absolutely rigged system- let them go and be the Harlem globetrotters and leave actual football to the rest of us.
