Would be interesting to see this as a percentage of transfer spend. I’m actually surprised Liverpool’s isn’t higher considering their outlay in the summer.

£23M per club on average which isn’t so bad in the grand scheme of things for the top clubs. But Chelsea spending £65M is high and then considering that’s a lot of money for the smaller clubs, it’s got to change

With this sort of stuff you have to take Man City’s numbers with a huge pinch of salt. That number is just a baseline + the backhander they get given in Abu Dhabi.
