    We spent 230 million in transfers. So around 13 percent went to agents. Which is reasonable.

  2. Would be interesting to see this as a percentage of transfer spend. I’m actually surprised Liverpool’s isn’t higher considering their outlay in the summer.

    He really had to mention “double what mufc spent” instead of comparing with the numbers from other clubs.

    These stats dont matter when clubs like City blatantly pay 5x these amounts under the table

  6. More than double what United spent? £32.5m is an absolute bargain to be fair.

  7. £23M per club on average which isn’t so bad in the grand scheme of things for the top clubs. But Chelsea spending £65M is high and then considering that’s a lot of money for the smaller clubs, it’s got to change

  8. With this sort of stuff you have to take Man City’s numbers with a huge pinch of salt. That number is just a baseline + the backhander they get given in Abu Dhabi.
