  1. Like him or not, he is at least 10x more qualified than any of their alternatives.

He has the deck stack against him in so many ways tho. I rate him a lot (on his tactical prowess), but I don’t think he is the kind of guy who is fit to play this kind of deck,

  2. Another landmine taken off the board that the INEOS geniuses would possibly have jumped on.

  3. *Sunderland 2 – Spurs 1.*

  4. Thank fuck this twat won’t be at United. Hope Spurs proceed to lose every game under him, and get relegated.

Thank everyone in United who did not get this man. Now I want Spurs to be relegated more than anytime since this bag if shit is their manager.

I was reluctant to get excited at the idea of spurs going down just because West Ham and forest are so bad, but this appointment really makes me think they’ll defo stay up now. Even if they just get 2/3 wins in the next 8 they’ll be fine.

  7. You must admire Tottenham Hotspur’s visionary leadership to go from Postecoglou’s high press chaos, to Thomas Frank’s data style pragmatism, via Igor Tudor’s man to man duels and intensity, to Roberto De Zerbi’s positional pattern play. Chefs kiss

  8. Not really a lot of alternatives on the market, so makes sense.

De Zerbi’s not lasted more than 2 years anywhere he’s worked, I think. Don’t think this will be an exception. He might keep them up, but I expect to see him gone in a season or two.

  9. Spurs will be in the bottom 3 by their next match as West Ham plays Wolves the day before…

Personally, grats to him, hope he does well…

In the championship. I still want Spurs to go down for the pure banter.
