After seeing Eze and Timber get injured before the League Cup final against City, then having Madueke injured against Uruguay. It’s pretty obvious that they’re pulling players out rather than risk further injuries in the midst of a busy run in on multiple fronts.
Each of the players being pulled out are shoo ins for their respective world cup squads, what’s the need to risk them to play friendlies?
