We’ll be shouting for him to come back for the last two games after Hitler and then Ange have screwed the next five.

  2. Fair enough. My grandmother recently died and my mum is still in bits about it 6 weeks later, even though it was expected.

A relegation battle with all the media presence isn’t the place to be dealing with that kind of grief.

I wish him well and hope he’s ok.

Who will pick up the poisoned chalice now?

  3. Am i just biased in thinking that Walid Regragui would do great as your manager? I feel like he always gets the job done. And to compare him with other known managers, you could look at the 2022 World Cup, and he outperformed Xavi when he won that Qatari League while Xavi was there too.

ahh not what I wanted but I know I’m on an island there, not much time for a replacement to figure out the squad and how to get results. Not mad at Igor despite him failing to turn it around in 7 games.

  5. Wish him all the best! He should be given the role right after Frank, who should have been sacked in November. Tudor arrived three months too late.

  6. I’ll miss him giving short shrift to journalists. I think if he’d come in earlier he might have been able to do something, but it’s too desperate a situation now to stick I guess

Glad I got to witness his best game managing us. Got to admire the bravery of picking up the job in the first place

  8. Matey’s assistant didn’t even get his work permit πŸ˜‚ understandable from all sides tbh, fuck all faith in the board getting the next step right though.

  9. Enjoyed the Liverpool game and the Atletico game from him. Wish him well and condolences to him. Hope new guy comes in and can keep us up. Fingers crossed that witches spell works a charm.

  10. That’s just one more point that my mother won for the team. She’s 86 in an assisted living facility.

I swear we are cursed or something, mourinho came and has the least connection from all his clubs, conte and tudor both had massive personal issues during their time here

the longer this drags out the more I’m convinced Ange worked a literal miracle in wining the EL…..like…..in the midst of all this bullshit, he was able to win a major European trophy and convince the fanbase even further that the manager is the problem…….

There’s an argument to be made that winning the EL last year was actually the worst thing to happen to Spurs in the last 30 years. Win the trophy, paper over the cracks, scapegoat the manager yet again and ultimately get relegated.

All because Big Ange fucking SOMEHOW managed to perform a literal gods-damned miracle.
