  1. Big Igor Tudor, thanks for the memories and for not letting the media boss you around

Poor guy. I’m happy that it was a mutual decision and we didn’t sack him right after his father died. Wish him the best, but he clearly wasn’t a good fit here.

  3. I have nothing against him and i’m feeling neutral that he’s gone the important thing is who do we bring for the last 7 games

Time for Mason and whoever Poch wants that isn’t part of his current staff

Given the news of his father it’s understandable, far more important than a temporary head coaching position. All the best to him and we move onwards and upwards.

  6. Welp, safe travels brother. We’ll always have that (checks notes) draw against Liverpool

  7. Not his fault, though it’s clear he wasn’t the solution. Wish him all the best.

    All the best.

Bit of a disaster in the end. 1 point from a possible 15 in the league and 13 goals conceded. With 20 conceded in all comps.

Might have made us fitter which we will hopefully appreciate. But just not the man for what we need. Condolences to him and his family.

  9. We obviously have someone to confirm as replacement. Ptobably tomorrow morning.

This was obviously also decided as the 3rd went in for forest but the owners had to give Tudor some space in a horrofic week for him.

lets be positive. spurs can still beat the record on the most managers in a season

  11. Well I would say it was good while it lasted but it really wasn’t. Which is not to say I blame Igor Tudor, I thought he generally carried himself well under the circumstances

  12. Who else do we get? I feel like if we get dyche or redknapp we should’ve just hired them in the first place.

  13. He couldn’t turn the tide in the league, but I appreciated listening to his thoughts. He seems like a good man and solid coach, and I hope he gets another shot in better circumstances with an EPL club one day.

Always tricky stylistically as we lack 3-4-2-1 personnel and have played our best ball out of a 4-4-2 defensive shape at least.

My humble theory is that we aren’t remotely built to play relegation battle football tactics and are far better off trying to play with the ball as we have been built for. Frank was seen as too pragmatic and yet we seem to be chasing even *more* pragmatism. I worry this all has become a self fulfilling prophecy — you play more and more like a club in the position you don’t want to be until you are exactly that.

We brought in Poch, watched him drag us to the verge of domestic and European glory while playing our best ever football of the modern era, and ditched him.

We brought in Mourinho, who won trophies everywhere he went, and sacked him days before a final.

We brought in Nuno and… well, yeah.

We brought in Conte, who had success at every club he worked for, and he was so flabbergasted by his employment at Tottenham Hotspur he had a public meltdown.

We brought in Ange, who always wins silverware in his second season, and sacked him after he won silverware in his second season.

We brought in Frank, the most pragmatic and safe manager possible, and watched a clusterfuck of drab mediocrity for months.

We brought in Tudor, who has a reputation for rescuing teams, and even he couldn’t do shit for us.

We are a joke of a club.

I feel sorry for him. But this has exposed the complete lack competence of Vinai and Johan Lange. Get the fuck out of the club, how has the board not pulled the trigger on a crystal clear issue with them. If we had played well under Igor, he wouldn’t have left. He was never a fit, and everyone knew from the beginning

Feel for him, losing a parent and could never reach this group, hope we can stay up
