Whoever says this looks like a bad physique, I think they mean he has an "old man" physique, as if he's an 80 year old man shredded. His muscles don't look full, that's all. He probably looks super impressive in person vs a picture. Still looks amazing. He doesn't look "powerful" or strong like Coach Greg does.
Let's face it, vast majority of guys in their mid 20s aren't even half as fit as 41-year-old Cristiano. Someone might not like his physique, I don't think it's the best to have either, but cmon, calling it the worst to have is unfair and untrue. If so, then is being obese or having a dad-bod better? Most of the criticism comes from jealous men, or big women who wish to be that fit, but are too lazy.
It reminds me of Kobe. Bro kept his body in shape all year round for over 20 years. Even after retirement, sure he gained weight but he wasn't needing to be in NBA shape anymore. It takes discipline to the unteenth degree at age 40.

Cristiano Ronaldo needs to have that light weight, and a strong, agile body, as he is a damn soccer player. You can't win a soccer match with the body of CBUM or Arnold. What Cristiano has is functional strength, not aesthetics. Huge muscles, as those of body builders, are worthless in real life. Worthless! Even for the ones who say they have a better physique than cr7. Its very debatable on what standard. Even if you're a bodybuilder, if you're natural it's gonna be super hard to beat his level of conditioning. And on top of that he has a nice v shape, is 6'2 and just overall more fit than anyone of us
I'm gonna be honest. Drug testing in a lot of pro sports is a complete joke. Like in mma it's a joke. I dont believe Cristiano is natural not because of his physique but because of the workload. It would be damn near impossible to recover from the practices and games at pro football level. Even with their level of experience it's incredibly high work rate. Just for that I think he's on some kind of drug probably epo most likely and then some
