This has just been a nightmare league campaign so far. The issue is not VAR. VAR is a great concept. The issue is how it’s implemented and being used at the moment.

I’m fully in the scrap it altogether camp. Has totally ruined the game for me. I really enjoy going to non league games these days just because I can celebrate goals properly.

VAR has reduced the number of glaring mistakes. Sick of hearing the constant complaints about it. Yes, it can be improved but if people really want to get rid of it then just remember the Aston Villa cup game debacle where there was no VAR. Thats what we would be returning to.

VAR should be three challenges per match per team, called by the captain or manager. the VAR room gets 1 minute to review, if they can’t credibly and decisively overturn the on field decision within one minute, the decision stands. if you lose your challenge you lose one of your remaining challenges.
VAR has made the referees incapable of decision making and it’s a huge mood killer in the stadium when it takes 5 minutes to decide if an offside should be given beacuse Willock’s head was 2cm off.
Having said that, it’s not VAR’s fault we are shite this season

We need to look at ourselves before the officials. We’ve dropped 22 points from winning positions so far… Those points would’ve put us second, assuming over results were unchanged

Remind me the circumstances? Which games did we lose those 5 points. Which decisions?
Last time I saw this graohy it was the other way round. Decisions went in our favour. Didn’t we get a favourable pen at Wolves?
