Nice list. It will always be 17/18 at #1 for me – he was inevitable that season!

Damn, GA is outstanding but look at his availability! Crazy crazy. There won’t be another player of his caliber.

    My take:

    1. 24/25
    2. 21/22
    3. 17/18
    4. 23/24
    5. 19/20
    6. 18/19
    7. 20/21
    8. 22/23
    9. 25/26

  4. Eh 21/22 might not have ended the way we wanted to, but don’t forget that in the fall of 2021 Salah was widely accepted to be the best player in the world. This was with Ronaldo, Messi, and Neymar all still playing in Europe.

That goal he scored against Man city was one of the most outrageous solo goals I’ve ever seen a Liverpool player score. That two month span was the best version of Salah imo

  5. Shows how amazing he was when I consider 20/21 to be an ‘underrated’ season of his

24/25 Salah was nothing short of 18/19 Messi which is my favorite season of the best player ever. They played like the wisest possible version of themselves while still having legs to perform what they imagine

17/18 is always going to be the top.

He was an unknown quantity and every week you expected his feats to come to an end and they never did.

    1. 21/22
    2. 24/25
    3. 17/18
    4. 18/19
    5. 20/21 (very underrated campaign imo)
    6. 19/20
    7. 23/24
    8. 22/23

Obviously just splitting hairs when it comes to some of them. I think he was fantastic for much of 20/21, just often dragged down by the state we were in

  9. 17/18 was his best season & the best overall vibes imo. Last season was on track to beat it statistically but faded towards the end

Insane durability and goal involvement. How many pass to assists he must’ve had too

I’m an American. I became an LFC fan watching Salah. I was watching a match and every time it went to Salah he was giving everything he had, every play. In between plays, he always had the biggest smile. Salah played football like a man getting paid to do his absolute favorite thing in the world. He played with intensity and skill to be sure, but even more impressive, that intensity never came at the expense of his joy in playing the game. A lot of athletes lose themselves in the competition, forgetting the joy of the game they fell in love with, but not Salah.

23/24 salah is the most underrated version. he changed up his game and became a playmaker but afcon disrupted his momentum. he was closer here to breaking the assist record than 24/25

A year out from one of the most historic seasons in history. Wtf happened.
