Additional quotes from the PK:

Ole Book: "Working at BVB wasnt my lifes goal, rather, my goal is to do a successful job here. So I havent achieved that yet".

"Im well aware that moving to Borussia Dortmind is a BIG step-up"

"The most important thing is success – in the short, medium and long term".

"We shouldnt be expected to only sign young players, but they ARE one factor."

Additional report from BILD (so not neccassarily true information):
"The management together with Ole Book, is planning a new approach: rather than scouting and buying expensive players bench players from England (Premier League), its better to keep an eye on young and talented players from other leagues/divisions."

Is it just me or did Cramer basically enough is enough time to make a change? The last month we’ve seen a lot more cutthroat approach from the board and honestly I’m loving it.

Feel like we could have a very exciting future with Ricken, Cramer and Book accompanied with Kovac. Even once Kovac is done here I trust them to find a really solid replacement.

Hope this summer shows the messages they’re trying to send.

I like it. And especially the timing. Doing it now so Book has time to get ready for the transfer period and find his footing

  3. I wonder what that all means bc Cramer as Book underlined that they aim for brave offense Football, which is a bit contrary to what Kovacs Stands for
