Chelsea for me! That goal, celebration and everything leading up to it on and off the pitch! What an atmosphere.

  2. On top of everything you mentioned, he then did a similar thing against Watford the very next game IIRC.

He was Ballon d’Or worthy in 2021. A few years where he could have won it like last year too

Was bugs me about this one and the Spurs one is that they were not the winners. Think we ended up drawing both games.

  5. Not even joking but my girlfriend asked if I was crying after this goal 😂
I had infact got goosebumps and might have welld up

Easily the goal against Roma for me. UCL semifinal. Bar down. Against Alisson, no less.

Though it led to the Karius game right after, it felt like that goal and that win signaled Liverpool’s return to UCL glory

I love this and the Spurs one, although both cancelled out by late equalizers I think?

I was in the corner stand right next to him when he scored this. My favourite Anfield memory so far.

  9. Chelsea at Anfield, 2019. A singular moment that lifted our spirits in a tight title race and symbolised our transition from doubters to believers. Simply breathtaking. As true a strike as you’ll ever see. The flight of the ball, the opponent, the occasion. It was the moment that marked the closest we’ve ever came (then) to #19.

Manchester United at Anfield, 2020. The opponent, the timing, the Alisson celebration. Prescient. Inevitable. Fateful. The jewel in the crown of a performance that was arguably the most resounding against United in the EPL era, prior to March 5, 2023. Before the goal, we believed. After the goal, we knew.

Red Bull Salzburg at Red Bull Arena, 2019. The instinct, the pace, the desire, the composure, the angle, the right foot finish. Emblematic of Mo at his Liverpool best – driven, dogged, defiant.

  10. For me it has to be all the cut in left foot bangers or the snow Salah 1v1 goal against United.

  11. Mine will forever be the one in his first season vs arsenal. The tunnel cam of him sprinting and then a couple seconds later you see everyone else chasing him will always make me laugh

Not his most skilful goal, and didn’t change the outcome, but his Alisson to Mo against Man U is probably my favourite.

  13. [This one](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PkOT9kggVlk) against the scum where we finally got to sing ‘we’re gonna win the league’ is my favourite. Not his most spectacular goal, but the shirt off celebration, Alisson running the length of the pitch and everything it meant means I’ll never forget it.

  14. Dying minutes of the game, in the middle of a title race? Are you sure it’s your favourite goal 😂

everything about goals of his like this are amazing, but then you remember that they didn’t win and then it tarnishes it a tiny bit

  16. Mine is the penalty against Spurs in the Champions League final.

1 year after Ramos assaulted him, first minute of the game with all the pressure on him and he just blasts it in. After that I knew we would win that game.

  17. Absolutely iconic goal, and my favorite as well. When they do best PL goals of all time in 50 years, this will still be on the list.

  18. I mean how can anyone say his dribbling wasn’t appealing to eye. He was skinning ppl alive at his height

  19. Mine was the breakaway vs united from the Alisson pass. We were already running away with the league but I think that moment was when Anfield finally let loose that we were going to win.

  20. Vs Brighton @ Anfield 2024 for me, will never celebrate more than i did that day. Trademark Salah. What a player👏❤️
