Griezemann is a complete footballer. His versatility alone makes him superior to that prem PR merchant Salah. His only edge is the UCL trophy which he didn't even play a meaningful part in to get. Mane got them through against Bayern and origi wijnaldum against Barca(mo missed sitters in the first leg).
