Not trying to criticize him, but simply for discussion: Does anyone wish Cherki had a little bit more quickness and directness like KDB and David Silva? A quick cross or long ball before 11 defenders run back, a split-second thru pass without touching the ball seven times, a sudden increase in tempo… Would be great. He feels a bit static and low tempo to me. He just feels too… casual?
He’s one of our few players who bring magic to the pitch and I like him, but I just wanted to hear what people think.

A hear me out moment… But i think cherki should be used how we had Mahrez. He can play middle sure, but my god that right side of the box he’s so good in tight spaces and controls the play so well.
