  1. Villa’s run in is extremely favorable and they were out of form mainly because they missed a few key players who are all coming back to full fitness, going to be a sticky end to the season if we don’t pick ourselves up after the break

One of the most embarrassing things about this club is that no matter how bad another club is doing, they somehow still finish above us. United and Liverpool were having generationally bad seasons in the first half of the year, and now they’re above us.

Same thing last season, we were 2nd in the league in December and City went like 11 games without a win and still finished above us. It’s pathetic.

Well mathematically we can win if Arsenal get deducted points for their haram corners and city finally gets penalised for their 115 charges.

I don’t care what nonsense anyone here wants to say, I am absolutely certain that Maresca would have steadied the ship and comfortably got top 4 and a very high chance that we would have been in the next round of CL. People love to quote his November-December form in saying he needed to go when the club is historically shit within those months, including last year when he fixed it in the new year!

If the board backed him during the winter, gave him the defender the club so desperately needed and just reaffirmed their trust, a competent manager that knows how to win big games would still be here instead of Potter 2.0. But hey you guys got what you asked for.

Guess what, we also mathematically able to be relegated. Only Burnley and Wolves mathematically can’t overtake us.

  6. 4 years in charge, £1.5b spent, “best project in the world.”

And we’re still on course to finish with fewer points than Roman’s last season, the same squad everyone called washed and full of grandpas (it wasn’t).

Wonder what BlueCo bots have lined up for this one.
