wasn’t their punishment so lenient due to the fact that the new owners post russian oligarch actually self reported these things that were done under abramovichs tenure? they essentially pled guilty no?

Was it even a good idea to self report/admit on Chelsea’s side. Pretty sure the PL only gave them that penalty because it would look weird if they did not take any action. If a club denies or fights said allegations, doubt they would do anything. Thats how pathetic things are
