Pep can genuinely have 5 more bad seasons and still be the greatest manager in the PL history. What he has done for us is truly unfathomable. Pep leaves on his own terms. Also if you think we’ll be a better team once Maresca or Xabi come in OH BOY DO I HAVE A BRIDGE TO SELL YOU. So instead of being a spoiled little brat enjoy what could seriously be Pep’s last few moments at this Club.

Who is saying pep out. This man has changed my life. I never thought i would see city play this football or hit these heights. Idc if we lost to real madrid or not getting the league. I want this man to stay forever love him to death.
I fully agree. We’ve experienced heights other clubs only dream of.
Def pep is the best. Our club is currently the best. Yes there will be ups and downs. Its PL. Its competitive. We just our team to set and do well. We will come back stronger. Who cares about UCL and RM.
“Bad seasons” he finished 3rd last season, and he’s second this season. That’s how high the standards are
They’re all going to begging for pep to come back when maresca comes in and stinks up the gaff. I just don’t rate him at all
Emphasis on « has »
The way you guys act as if he’s not leaving next season is funny; also, it was never guaranteed that he would actually fulfill the contract. If he leaves, it’s not because there are people who want him to leave.
Ive said this before, its takes a lot and I mean A LOT for me to start thinking about wanting guardiola to leave.
Hes easily the greatest manager in the history of the club, and im in no rush to see him go.
But that day is closer than we might want to accept, and there needs to be a clear plan for which way we’re going.
If he wants to stay, put down multiple years. If not, give us the advance time to find the successor.
Im an arsenal fan, please keep pep, we need your manager to keep losing games for us.
Greatest manager that this club has had. Given me some of my life’s finest memories. But that’s all in the past now. His time at city is done. It’s time for a change.
He doesn’t “leave on his own terms” at all. He’s an employee. This is Manchester City football club, not Pep Guardiola football club. If it’s no longer working under Pep (which it isn’t) then it’s time to try something new.
I don’t think it’s very nice to label people “morons” for having a different opinion to you and want new life in this football club now, because at the moment everything is just so out of date.
Yep. He has been good. I still think he could have done better, but I would think that of any manager.
This season was always going to be full of growing pains. Part of the process.
It’s clear many people in this sub don’t have friends who support Spurs, United, and Chelsea.
Even Arsenal in terms of trophies lol.
Our worst season would be their best season in the past 5 years but it’s UCL or Prem title or Pep out for y’all.
Should see my 2 buddies, United and Spurs fans, every Sunday for the past decade lol. I’m grateful for our treble.
Pep out is what a fake city fan would say
I am not saying pep out. But he could evolve/adapt. Clearly whatever he is thinking is not working for the past 2 years
In my lifetime, I maybe thought I’d see my club sign world class players, then the money came, thank you Sheik. I maybe thought I’d see my club win silverware, then Mancini came; I maybe thought I’d see my club win the league, thank you Bobby Manc. I maybe thought I’d see my club win the league a second time, thank you Manuel.
But I never thought I’d see my club be considered the best in the country, thank you Pep. I never thought I’d see my club become the best in Europe, thank you Pep. I never thought I’d see my club, with the world’s best manager, sell world class players who go on to play in world class teams, under managers who have been tutored by our world class manager.
In terms of football, these past 10 years have been a beyond a dream. I never thought we’d have anyone like Pep in my lifetime.
And even if we ignore all of that (which you shouldn’t obviously), right now he’s the best manager available. “Pep outers” are basically reactionary “fans”. If foden started the last two games they’d be foden outers or Bernardo outers or dias outers. They think just kicking people out of the club will fix things.
Oh we need to buy olise, kvaratskhelia, kompany… totally unrealistic stuff
Pep leaving would really be years of transitional pain and probably multiple managers until we can get kompany. Would rather maximize these investments with him than start over
I agree, but can we stop counting the community shield as a quadruple lol
I’ll always back Pep and I don’t know many fans who don’t. I will say though I wish he’d play Cherki more in the league and stopped tweaking tactics too much in the UCL. Hope he stays and continues to build on what we currently have.
