      Keep in mind they had way more rest than we did last year too because they were more dominant in Ligue 1 and clinched the title early, so they were able to rotate players in the league, now they won’t be able to do that

      In fact, their form is the same as ours in the last 15 matches too: 9 wins, 4 losses, 2 draws

      Didnt nante decline the deferred game as well, but Ligue 1 ruled to benefit PSG regardless?

      Can you imagine the reaction if a PL side asked for game postponements? I’m sure it’s happened before, but in this climate it would have to be hilarious.

      Postponing league fixtures so that one team can do better in Europe is the most farmer’s league thing I’ve ever heard.

      Honestly I don’t care, we’re Liverpool, we should want to beat them at their best, give me a full strength PSG with no injuries, don’t want any asterisks, we should believe we’re the best and want to prove it.

      Not so much a title decider as just the first game where PSG can win the league. Plus, we know they can rotate their entire team and still have a good chance versus any domestic opponent.

      That’s why I found his comments disingenuous last time when he says he defeated champions of other countries. Yes you did but those teams were fighting for their domestic titles while you were resting your players for league games.
