Still a pretty big difference in his muscle density on that right leg. People underestimate just how much of an imbalance it gives you – I still doubt we see him before May if at all this season

  2. I got to admit, after seeing him shooting penalties and seeing him on the grass i thought he will be back pretty soon. Still seems he got some progress to go.

  3. I’m a little confused because per his IG it looks like his surgery date was August 12th or around there, so he’s at 7 months?

Either way it would be a dream if he’s back in time to play a match or two to end the year, but I just hope we get to see fully healthy Madders in the prem next year. Gutted for him that he missed out on competing for a World Cup spot and on UCL.

He’s about six inches of calf circumference from transforming into Grealish.

  5. He looks good mainly. He’s nearing the end of the rehab program if he is cutting and pushing off like that. One issue I see is he collapses in a little bit on the knee when landing so needs to work on that a bit. It’s an absolute pain in the arse rehab.

Iv had to do it twice and don’t wish it on anyone. My first rehab program was 9 months but for my second one which was 8 years later it was a 6 month program. The idea was I could have been back by 6 months out. With the way my season fell though it wouldn’t be starting again until I was 9 months out so made no sense rushing it.

So I don’t see any reason a professional athlete with the best tech and rehab and more importantly full focus on rehabbing wouldn’t have a chance to be back soon. Hopefully we pick up points soon and won’t need him and he can focus on hitting the ground running next year
