  1. – Chelsea’s owners are proud of the fact they have never sold a player they did not want to, including academy graduate Levi Colwill.

    – But their resolve over the likes of Fernández, Cole Palmer and Moisés Caicedo – all star players they signed – has never been tested.

    – They will hope that remains the case and it is worth considering that Chelsea can still finish this campaign with a trophy, the FA Cup, and make sure of their Champions League participation for next season through league position.

    – But Fernández appears prepared for the doomsday scenario of missing out on both of those targets after leaving the door open to a potential exit

    – Twice in six days details of head coach Liam Rosenior’s team selection for the PSG games leaked in the French media

    – Wesley Fofana’s demotion to the bench was at the centre of the second team news leak and pictures that appear to show him smirking on the sidelines do not present an image of a player too disappointed to be left out

    – there has been evidence in the way that he has played over recent weeks that the Frenchman has not been fully focused on his work.

    – Palmer is certainly not playing like a man who is content with himself and everything around him

    – Tuchel was at Stamford Bridge to see Palmer substituted just before the hour mark

    – Failure to qualify for the Champions League would result in players missing out on their lucrative bonuses.

    – Some sources believe that could present a significant problem, given Chelsea’s project has been built around a wage structure that puts players on lower basic salaries than many of their contemporaries at rival clubs, but with big performance-related incentives.

  2. Honestly, I don’t blame them. It’s hard to think of any compelling reasons as to why they’d stay given the state of things at the moment.

  3. Enzo has never been on the same level as Palmer and Caicedo. I would be disgruntled if either of those two were to leave.

he’s been crying about the CWC trophy since we beat his Aston Villa 4:1 btw. literally posted about it 3 times in a week

Would be immensely disappointing, but Chelsea existed before them and will exist after them.

Thanks for the memories fellas 🫡

    Enzo “Propa Chels” 😂

Hopefully his plane doesn’t have to go far if he’s gone, it’ll miss the destination if his long passes are anything to go by.

I wouldnt blame him tbf. I do think him, moi and Palmer need a rest tbh as they have all dropped of.

I think if we had experienced players to rest them/ give them competition our season would have been much better.

I dont blame the players. I dont blame the managers I just blame our shitty owners

  8. The owners and directors need to take each of these players out for lunch and persuade them to stay. They need to promise to strengthen the squad to win the league next season. Otherwise, these boys won’t stay.

If I was any of them I would want to jump ship.

Can’t blame any of them if they want out.

  10. If Enzo leaves this early, it raises serious questions about the whole project. You don’t spend that much and then lose the core piece.
People forget how much Enzo dictates tempo. Without him, Chelsea lose control in games.

All we had to do was sign an elite CB and GK in the last two years and would have been competing for titles. Instead we bought literal children and reinforced deep attacking positions with mid players.

Pure speculative article not actually based on material development of any of the players mentioned beyond the recent Enzo quotes. Classic Law.

  13. Genuinely wouldn’t care if they leave. Caicedo has been terrible since the sending off against Arsenal,Palmer hasn’t played well since the CWC final and already looks like he’s a busted flush and Fernandez’ badge kissing always comes across as phoney. My only worry is knowing the money wouldn’t be invested properly.

  14. I don’t think anybody will pay 100m for Enzo, so if he is sold, money would be lost I think. So it’s good the board takes a financial hit. Not sure if someone would pay 100m for Caicedo or Palmer. As long as these idiots lose money, it’s fine. Palmer has not been the same since the injury.

Sell the entire squad, there isn’t a single Chelsea player that makes it into our best XI. They can all leave, who cares?

What’s the worst case scenario if they leave? We don’t finish top 4? We get embarrassed by big teams in the Champions League? News flash we already are

Jesus Christ, as soon as things go slightly south every single person loves to jump on with as much negativity as possible to fuel the fire don’t they

How can Enzo and Caicedo leave? Are nt they on long term contracts with asking prices of £100m+. Palmer I could see the investors desperate to sell for what £60m profit.

Really hope they force their way out, I know Clearlake won’t accept anything less than what they paid but if the best players somehow forced their way out because of how the club is being ran, that would send a huge message to them
