[NizaarKinsella] Rosenior on Trevoh Chalobah’s injury to TNT: “Trevoh, I just asked the medical team. He’s got a high ankle sprain, so I’m praying it’s nothing too serious because we can’t lose another defender.”

As someone who had a high ankle sprain in November 2024, I’ll just say that I still don’t trust the fucking thing.

Of course trev will have access to better healthcare and is in much better better shape than me but this will not be an easy recovery.

  2. Hope Chalobah is okay, but I wasn’t kidding in the other thread when I said Chelsea should just commit to the whole no defending thing and play 11 attackers

Sporting Directors: *Buys another 19yo winger for 100mil *

    Edit: I can’t format.

  4. Hopefully he is back soon but just the fact that this is really bad news for us because somehow we’re in 2026 and Trevoh fucking Chalobah is our most reliable center back is so ridiculous

High ankle sprains sound like normal ankle sprains, but not so. This is the fascia and other tissues that are between the two lower leg bones getting over stressed. Painful and not easily healed. My kid had to have surgery to correct it. Of course there are varying degrees of any injury. I hope he feels better soon.

  6. Maybe start playing Acheampong then? Not like our current crop of defenders have been doing much anyway

In advance, when Tosin and Badishile are playing no Disasi revisionism from this fan base.

    Please and thank you.

Rosenior needs to get out of that dugout he was never even cut out for and just join us in protesting BLUECO OUT🔵🔵🔵🔵

  9. Oh no, whatever are we gonna do without donkey number 1 giving away endless chances to the opposition

Might be the best thing. Say he never recovered then ship him to Brentford or Everton over the summer.

  11. I’m recovering from a normal ankle sprain. It’s been 6 weeks and I still can’t play any sports. I’m obviously no professional and I don’t have access to the treatment he’ll have, but his injury seems even worse than mine, so I guess he’ll be out for the season.
