[BBC] Earlier this month the KMI Panel unanimously voted that Chelsea should have been awarded a penalty against the Gunners for handball by Declan Rice. But it was a 4:1 vote that it did not reach the threshold for a VAR intervention.

lmao
PGMOL

Vibes would be different
Only one penalty?
Did they miss Joao Pedro being sumo wrestled and then double punched in the face?
Just give them the title now and end the season.
Really cool how two massive errors go arsenals way, one goes against city and the title race is basically over now. Very good job from all involved best league in the world
Can anyone explain what the 4:1 vote thing means?
It’s no surprise, the refs have to support a team.
The bias for and against some clubs is amazing to see at times.
Dkm
I have no idea how this works, who else is voting besides the panel?
So its unanimous that its a penalty, But VAR shouldn’t get involved? This logic is doing some real gymnastics.
Wait, 18 errors all season and 3 of them were IN ARSENALS FAVOUR. 0 against.
That’s fucking insane.
Epl top brace wants Arsenal to win Epl this year.
We are used to have decisions going against us than our way but this season has been just ridiculous
I mean, I get it and we want decisions to be accurate but I find the amount of attention given to officiating now so tedious and I feel the same about VAR’s disruption to the match itself.
I’d much rather it not exist. At least when you had to accept the decision on the field you could
move on. Now you hear about it for months.
That /r/soccer thread is pure entertainment.
*Dale Johnson hates us*
*Chalobah fouled Martinelli*
*Sarr fouling Raya on every corner*
I don’t know if it’s the same in the UK but with the widespread introduction of sports gambling it’s really hard to feel like there’s any integrity left in competition.
It was already hard to feel that way sometimes.
