This is exactly why Mbappe and vini playing together is probably never going to work out against teams that press alot like bayern for example, because you need everyone working hard off the ball. I’m amazed there’s a Real Madrid fan in existence who still tolerates Mbappe. Can anyone in their right mind imagine Madrid competing with Bayern while Mbappe walks around the pitch not tackling? Madrid’s ceiling will remain right where it is as long as they’re compromising themselves tactically for Mbappe—an average UCL team and 2nd best in La Liga.
