Why is no one talking about Napoli as a title contender? They’re only one point behind Milan, they have an easy schedule, just one game per week, they’re getting their players back from injury and their manager is still Conte

We will see after they play milan, a draw would be great tbh

Milan’s unpredictability of dropping points against mid to low tier teams may see Napoli finishing second or even challenging for the title, if we don’t wake up.

Bcs we shouldn’t have talked ABT Milan aswell

I wouldnt say como and parma away and milan and lazio home are easy fixtures

I agree Napoli is more of a threat. Milan has a difficult schedule , Napolis only real difficult games should be Como & Milan.
Our schedule is arguably the best. Our only real hard game should be against Roma.
But most importantly of all, football isn’t played on paper, so we’ll just have to wait & see.

“they have an easy schedule”. What’s easy about that schedule? 2 UCL spot contenders (Milan and Como), and 2 relegation threatened team (Cagliari and Cremonese) plus the other teams are no pushovers.

Obviously if we have to bottle, much better to bottle to Napoli than give Milan their second star.

because adl has run out of all the money it should have used today to buy referees

We have been focused more on AC Milan because it’s our biggest rival at the end of the day. At the end of the day Napoli’s chances depend on their match against AC Milan.

Because Italian sports journalists are more often than not mediocre and just follow vibes and moods. Give it a couple of matches where maybe both us and AC slow down and they’ll notice and act as if it was an incredible surprise no one could see coming.

Because Napoli only recently got back close to us, where “close” is still 9 points; before the derby they were 14 points behind

This sub is so negative that’s unbelievable. 8 or 9 points lead is no joke.
Sure Inter wasn’t that great recently but losing such lead in 9 weeks is often harder than it looks.
It’s also not likely that either Napoli or Milan will win all their remaining games because a win streak like that is also really difficult to pull off.
As long as Inter doesn’t lose 2 games in a row I don’t see why anyone should be that worried.
Napoli and Milan have pressure because they need to win every match to be able to close the gap. Inter can fuck up at least 3 times and still win it.

They play Milan, Lazio, and Como. Thats not “easy”.

dont care. Scudetto is ours

We’ll see after their direct match-up who’ll be closer to us. As it looks right now Milan is the number one hunter, but that can change every matchday from now on
UnionUnfair1800 on
they are in the title race as well but wouldn’t call this schedule easy
Also keep in mind that at the end relegation teams like Pisa Parma turn up and fight so no game is easy
Artistic_Original_88 on
Napoli is definitely in the running, but we’ve got to leave the teams behind us in the dust.
