I have never been fan of Locatelli but last 2 seasons he has increased the level. Now is one of top key player of Juve.

I believe he is a world class player now. He is consistent , very good at what his JOB is, an integral part of the team, is ready to transform his game when the coach asks him too, versatile enough. If he wasn’t at a struggling Juve and playing with even a mid table EPL team, the media would have labelled him a world-class player too. I think it’s good for the club, as other clubs will not approach him for the purchase and we will get to keep him at Turin.
