[Kieran Gill] Rosenior was rather bullish when asked on his first-leg approach vs PSG “It’s easy in hindsight to speak about the way that you play. My idea is to always dominate. I think that’s why I was recruited by the club. Every game is to build a team that is fearless, no matter who they play.

  1. His mentality fucked us when we were post 2-2 but tbf it also the right mentality to come back with

Sounds nice but in practice, trying to outplay psg and their press is incredibly hard and also dumb to not have variation becuase they are one of the best pressing teams especially from the front. When u commit to playing out from the back consistently against a team like this, you are bound to get caught out with our defense.

It’s easy to say that hindsight is 20/20 but at some point, you’ve got to own up and learn from your mistakes

Fuck off with that rubbish. The game against Arsenal was just a couple of months ago.

  5. Fuck this PR shit, Chelsea is about cup competitions and getting it done by any means no one cares about dominating xg if you end up with one of the most embarrassing results in our history.

Losing patience with the concentration on his interviews low it lets get back to getting results to compete.

  6. Just don’t fucking play Jorgensen for a start mate. I don’t care if we turn up with AK 47s

  7. No one fearing when they see you bring on Delap and take Palmer and Joao Pedro off at the same time. Literally killed all momentum we had and swing it in PSG favor.

You did play 5-4-1 against Arsenal when we were lagging from the 1st round. Remember?

  9. Playing Jorgensen, which none of us wanted, was a mistake not in hindsight, but a mistake almost every Chelsea fan saw coming.

Bro is waffling so much, it’s tyring. I don’t see the point of a press conference if the journalist is going to ask bland questions and the coach will respond by saying absolutely nothing.

I don’t see any remorse from him, no Introspection, he didn’t acknowledge the Jorgensen choice was a mistake and instead said he put him in the best interest of the team still after the match. When he is talking, I don’t feel any encouragement from him. I know it’s not his work to make me feel good and all of his work is with the team behind the curtain. What I am trying to say is that I don’t see anything from him.

I am not anti-Rosenior, but with time I feel like this man doesn’t know where we are going. I know it’s a meme to call him a LinkedIn enthisiast but all this corporate bullshit answers feel so hollow to me.

  11. You were recruited because when the SDs say “jump” you say “how would you like me to tickle your balls whilst I’m jumping”?

Stop deluding yourself that you’re here for footballing reasons. Win or die.

  12. Bro said hindsight, let’s take a look at the pre match and line up thread when ppl were dreading about Jorgensen 🤣😂

  13. Really should have said at 80th minute to make smart decisions. Bring the second leg at home all tied up to the defending champs

why is he explaining himself? he should just go and tell the players to enjoy themselves, 0 preparation, 0 tactics, maybe a light jog for a training and a few shots 1 on 1

after all, according to our owners, the manager barely has any influence on the squad.

  15. Says this nonsense like we played the way he wanted and lost 5-2 like it’s any better than 4-0…..

  16. Winning is the only thing that matters, Liam. Especially at Chelsea.

You can be fearless and play good football but it means fuck all when you lose 5-2.

I can think of a manager who had some pretty good ideas about how to dominate PSG.
